What this is
saathdating.com is a pre-launch holding page and waitlist for an upcoming dating app called Saath. Saath is operated by Petalform LLC, Ohio formation pending. These Terms apply only to this pre-launch website and waitlist. The Saath mobile app, user accounts, messaging, subscriptions, and other app features will be governed by updated Terms published before account access opens.
By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit the waitlist form.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this site or join the waitlist. If we discover a signup is from someone under 18, we will remove the record.
The waitlist is not a guarantee
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an invite, a launch date, a launch in your city, or access to any specific feature. Saath is being built city by city and plans may change. We will do our best to write back when early access opens near you, and to be honest if it does not.
Waitlist emails
By joining the waitlist, you agree that we may email you about Saath, including launch updates, city availability, early access, product announcements, and related updates. You can unsubscribe or ask us to remove your waitlist record at any time by contacting [email protected] or using any unsubscribe link we provide.
Your conduct
When you use this site, you agree not to:
- Submit another person's email address without their consent.
- Attempt to break, probe, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the site.
- Impersonate another person, brand, or organization.
- Submit content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, or otherwise abusive.
Our intellectual property
Saath, the Saath wordmark, the Saath stylized petal insignia, the site design, and the surrounding marketing copy are claimed by Petalform LLC. The SAATH word mark is the subject of a pending United States trademark application; see the /trademark page for the application serial number and class. The insignia is a separate brand asset claimed by Petalform LLC and is not covered by the SAATH word-mark application. Nothing on this site grants you a license to use our marks, logos, copy, or brand assets.
Disclaimers
The site is provided as is and as available. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the launch timing of the Saath app, its eventual feature set, the availability of service in any particular city, or the accuracy of any forward-looking statement on this page. Any statements about launch timing, cities, features, pricing, availability, or product direction are forward-looking and may change.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petalform LLC's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this holding page is limited to fifty U.S. dollars ($50). Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of certain damages, so this limitation may not apply in full to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Except for disputes that may be brought in small claims court or claims involving misuse of Saath's intellectual property, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or this pre-launch site will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, to the extent permitted by law. You waive any right to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration by writing to [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
