Safety and community

What we promise (these are non-negotiable)

Some things we will not move on. Treat this as the floor, not the ceiling.

• 01 No caste, ever. Not as a profile field, not as a filter, not as a hidden ranking signal, not as a premium feature.
• 02 Identity-relevant filters (community, language, religion, region, city, age, dating intention) stay free, forever. They are part of compatibility, not a paywall.
• 03 Safety tools (block, report, hide, unmatch, visibility controls) are core product. Not premium.
• 04 18 and over only. No exceptions.

What we will not tolerate

Saath exists for people who want a community that takes care of each other. The following may lead to removal:

• × Harassment, hate speech, threats, slurs, intimidation, or repeated unwanted contact.
• × Caste-based discrimination in messages, prompts, bios, intros, or behavior. We use a combination of product rules, automated safeguards, and human review to detect and enforce this.
• × Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, or attempted sexual contact with minors. We report suspected child exploitation to NCMEC's CyberTipline and to law enforcement as required by law.
• × Fake profiles, impersonation, romance scams, spam, requests for money, crypto schemes, gift-card scams, or other fraudulent behavior.
• × Coordinated harassment, doxxing, stalking, or off-platform abuse connected to Saath.

How reporting will work (when we launch)

• 01 One-tap block from any profile or chat.
• 02 Report with a reason; you can request to hide the profile from your view while we investigate.
• 03 Reports are reviewed by a human moderator before any permanent account action. Automated systems may flag or temporarily limit unsafe behavior, but final enforcement is reviewed by people.
