What we collect

Saath is operated by Petalform LLC, Ohio formation pending. Today, the only information you actively submit to us is through the waitlist form. That form asks for four things:

Like most websites, our infrastructure providers may process standard request metadata such as IP address, user agent, timestamp, and request details for security, bot prevention, abuse prevention, and site delivery.

Why we collect it

We use your email and city to write back to you when early access opens in your area. We use the optional note to plan launch order, prioritize features, and understand what people actually want. That is the entire purpose.

Where it lives

Waitlist entries are stored in Supabase, a managed Postgres database. Our current project is intended to be hosted in the United States, encrypted at rest and in transit. The site itself is served by Cloudflare Pages with Cloudflare as the CDN and email router. We use no other backends for this page.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or embedded third-party trackers. We may share limited information with our infrastructure providers, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with your consent.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until 24 months after Saath launches if you never sign up for the app. If you would rather we delete your record sooner, email [email protected].

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we have on file, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected]. We aim to respond within 30 days. Replies to that alias may take 1 to 2 business days to land in our queue.

Cookies and tracking

This page sets no advertising cookies of its own. It loads no analytics, no Sentry, no PostHog, no advertising pixels, and no social embeds. Cloudflare may set necessary security cookies, such as __cf_bm, when bot protection features are active. These cookies are used for security and bot mitigation, not advertising.

Age

Saath is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe someone under 18 has joined the waitlist, write to [email protected] and we will remove the record.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. For any material change, we will also post a brief note on this page noting what changed and when.
